I choose JOY. Joy in my uncertainty. Joy in my fear. Joy over failure. I choose joy because I need something to hold on to right now. Something that brings me light, something that brings warmth to my soul, something that brings a smile to my face and hope for a brighter tomorrow. I wouldn’t be able to count the number of people who bring joy into my life, nor can I recall the last time I saw each and every one of them, but at this very moment, these little squares are bringing them all back to me. #HomeProject : Number One🌿PLANT🌱WALL🌿. 6MONTHS!!! . . We have been waiting 6MONTHS to put this baby up. Last year I had this vision of a dessert wall that I asked Mackenzie to make for Isla’s First BEEday. After talking it through, materials and the time to make it and storing it after the party, we decided to go for it and after the party we would use it as a plant wall🤩🌿🙌🏻🌱 (Make sure you swipe to see how we used it for Islas BEEday!) . . There was a few places that we could place it, above our bed, dining room or living room. This week we finally decided where and took down our beloved “Gather” sign above our dinner table that I made a few years back and anchored in the plant wall. I am ecstatic on how it turned out, 🤩What do you think?!? #islasfirstbeeday 🐝💛🐝

Quarantine Activity #1836 : Portraits. Ezra drew Isla. Isla likes this very much. I am going to frame this and cherish it forever😂😂😂😍😍😍

Yesterday, Ezra and I took a little time to paint our #heartsinthewindow 💜💛💙for all our amazing health care team out there. Tonight we listened as everyone banged pots and pans, shouted thank you and heard fireworks in the distance. On another note, I heard someone mention today that after hearing the 7pm salute their child made the comment, “I should wake up mommy like this”....... thankfully Ezra can’t reach our pots and pans😅😅

Looking for that little ray of hope✨ Did anyone else see that INCREDIBLE rain/hail storm with bright glorious sun? That was crazy. About a month ago, the girls received these beautiful floral Meadow sleep suites from @mynestdesigns and have been living in them! The moment I put this suite on Ezra, she turned to me and asked if she could go down for a nap!
